This is a Survivalist I turned for @Myk_Myk from a type of HDPE called Nuvex Saniboard. It’s Weatherproof and wont break. The axle is made from UHMWPE to make it resistant to wear and breaking and will spring back if the axle is ever bent. The axle also has excellent sliding properties which helps give it smooth spins. No need for cotton; just put on your favourite polyester string. This one is the ultimate EDC fixed axle.

Approx. specs:

Diameter: 55mm
Width: 31mm
Gap: 2.6mm
Weight 60g

It’s mostly solid but with some voids inside to cut center weight. I didn’t account for the infill not actually being 100% though.
