I have a YYJ product with serious wobble and other bad problems. I’ve heard of people who send back products and get new ones in return, is that just YYF or does YYJ do it too? Do you have to get the same product or can you get a product with equal value?
Contact the company for their return policy. I would assume most would want to do “same for same”

Yes and did you inflit the damage upon the yoyo? If so they might but only for the same yoyo most likely. Or else you could buy one, not like it and then exchange oit for another over and over until you like one.
