Did either of you report it or post feedback? I don’t recall seeing anything about this before.
UPDATE: There is some evidence that these are either the same person or a couple of conspirators working together. There is also a likely accomplice (or again the same person) by the name of Mercucio.

I meant to make a post about meto, I never got to it and that’s on me, sorry. The Elizabeth girl, however, reached out to me trying to sell me a pistolero and due to the fact she posted on Metodick33’s feedback saying he was a great seller I stopped replying. I do indeed think they are all the same person as all the accounts were made same month & year or close. Should’ve caught that to begin with honestly.

Unfortunately, your ISP and IP address location puts you in the same location as the others noted and a 3rd account already banned. And you posted in the apparently fake feedback Elizabeth posted for Metodick33 within hours of when she posted it.
My apologies if I am wrong but the similarities are too much to ignore, and this had to be noted out of an abundance of caution.
I unfortunately never did, was honestly super upset and ended up just not getting around to it. Wish I did though to protect further people from getting burned which hopefully no one did

Even though we may be upset and maybe a bit embarrassed, informing the community is important for the sake of others. If someone ripped me off you can bet I would let everyone on the forum know!
i don’t tolerate radio silence for more than 6 days, unless there is a clear communication beforehand of what the expectations are. you have limited time to make a claim with paypal, and stewing and not bringing it up to the community deteriorates the quality pf the bst. if you think you’ve been burned, don’t wait more than a week to bring it up to a mod or tag them.
It’s easy to think you’d do the same but if it was the first time it happened to you you’d not know what to do in such a tight-knit community. The best we can all do as a community is understand this moving forward.. to everyone who can read this. Sometimes common knowledge isn’t the case, until in hindsight. And you can only do so much PSA’ing. Scammers will find their ways.

twice on this bst i was attempted to be burned. i followed my instincts, hit up mods and paypal. i did have to escalate one of the claims (be aware of this), but both times it worked out in my favor. i’m not trying to be a monday morning quarterback - being burned is embarrassing - and as @mkmavvl has mentioned before, there have been several instances of facebook group shenanigans, ghosting, and conspiratory theft by randos well known members of the community. the community is tight-knit for sure, but there are more than a handful of sketchy strands.
i agree honestly, but in the context of someone who only visits a couple days a week, as that has been the case as well. to your point, if you don’t feel comfortable at any time, get that communication going to understand expectations.
