Replacing a butterfly axle w/ a different axle

Does anybody know how I can get the butterfly axle out, without damaging the pog, since it is attached to it? FIXED:::: I got it out,

Now I just need to know. To put a different axle to bearingize the butterfly, How do I make the axle I want to use, fit?

i think all you can do is pull it out. as long as you dont smash it it should be fine. dont constantly pull it out though.
