Recommendations for size d bearings that don't rust out?

Just use a little thin oil. It should help them from rusting.

I’ve never noticed a D (or any size bearing) wearing out or rusting, but I live in a fairly dry climate. Thin lube might help or keep your D yoyos in a box with some dessicant.
