Can i put a tiny bit of thick lube and still maintain unresponsiveness?
There is no such thing as a little in this world apparently. 
One drop is enough to make it tug responsive so what you’re asking is kind of hard to pull off. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.
Honestly, who cares? If it’s responsive for a little bit, then you can smooth yourself out.
