I was curious is it ok to post Both a LF and bst my thoughts are you have twice the chance to catch someone’s eye as long as you don’t post what you have for bst in the LF but instead just the link to the bst

No, it’s not. You’re only allowed to have one thread active in the BST. Nice try though!

BST is Buy Sell Trade, so your LF is either your Buy or your Trade - so you can keep it in one thread.
What people I’ve seen usually do (because I like to lurk in the bst :)) is:
LF HERE
X throw
Y throw
Z throw
FS/T HERE
X throw
Y throw
Z throw
