I felt like the difference was pretty subtle. The difference in overall weight is only about 0.5g. It’s not like the Wyvern where the weight difference is >3g.

Yo it’s the dude! Could I ask why the Boosted version better? I saw on your OG Rainier review that you thought it needed some more weight, but the B. Rainier is half a gram lighter. Thoughts? Also, how come it’s not ranked on your tierlist?

Boosted Rainier is just as good at most things as the normal Rainier, with the added benefit that it’s a stronger aluminum.
And although 7075 is half a gram lighter, it has a different density and strength so that you can work with less material for a more playstyle-focused build.
No tierlist rank because I just sampled it at Nats and didn’t write anything down about it; I was more focused on just hanging out. Pretty much everyone there agreed it was better than the standard Rainier, though.
