Just got the PIF in the mail last night. Havenā€™t got a chance to play with it much but I have really enjoyed it in the few minutes I have had with it.
Iā€™ll post my detailed thoughts and a few photos in a bit

Alright so my 2 weeks with this thing is officially up. Iā€™d love to keep this and keep playing with it but I also want the others on the list to get a chance with it as well. @Splizacular go ahead and pm me your address and Iā€™ll get this send off to you.

Alright, time for my thoughts.
Right off the bat Ive got to say that this is the best undersized Yoyo that I have tried. When I first started playing with it I could tell that I was going like this Yoyo. You guys know, some yo-yos just have that special feeling to them. After playing with it for a few days I kinda thought I would like it better if it had a gram or so more of weight put on the rims, but as time went on I began to appreciate the design as it was. It definitely plays light but itā€™s doesnā€™t feel like itā€™s lacking power or stability or anything. It definitely preforms well and can hang with most other full sized yo-yos despite its size and weight. And another note, even though this Yoyo is technically undersized, it plays like a full size Yoyo, I didnā€™t even feel like it was harder to land tricks on like tends to be the case on other small yo-yos the yyf boss for example.
Over all I was really impressed with this yoyo. Motion continues to blow me away with their designs, which for me is hard to do.
Iā€™ll definitely consider picking one of these up if they do a rerun or try to find one on the BST.
Thanks to @JEA86 and motion for this incredible design and organizing this pay it forward!
I hope you all enjoy this a much as I havešŸ˜

If I didnā€™t have a Parallel alreadyā€¦ Iā€™d be all over this. Everything you said about the Parallel is so true. Iā€™ve cut my collection down to 20 throws and the Parallel has a permanent spot among them.

Itā€™s okay to overhype when itā€™s absolutely true

Itā€™s in fact a d bearing

ok Iā€™m just going to go ahead and say it, Iā€™ve been paying this thing off and on for the last several hours and Iā€™m madly and hopelessly in love :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: admittedly i knew nothing about this one other than it was a different motion. i liked centrifugal, but it wasnā€™t my favorite. this one thoā€¦wow!

the power and speed packed in the little package is incredible. it spins forever. grinds for days. itā€™s unbelievably stable. it feels comfortable on both the throw and catch. i like the undersized feel to it and it never felt like it couldnā€™t do everything a full size can. also, the pitch of the d is fantastic. i know the vast majority of ppl couldnā€™t possibly care less what the bearing sounds like but i have to believe at least a couple other ppl read that and nodded knowingly.

my one and only gripe is i sincerely hope there will be more runs of these because theyā€™re out everywhere of course. i NEEDS it!! i will be playing it daily for the duration that itā€™s in my custody. well done on a phenomenal throw :v::call_me_hand:

I totally get you on the sound. Some people like them quiet but I like them to sing. I also feel like the smaller diameter of the D bearing increases the distance between the bearing and the rim, and this is where the magic comes in making this smaller diameter yo-yo play just like a full sizeā€¦ heck, better than many full sized throws. And it pulls this off at only just over 56 grams!!! Mine will be with me for the duration.

Appreciate the feedback glad some of our yo-yos are making rounds to get folks to try them.

I personally think they are great but ya know I am bias lol

interesting. Iā€™m interested in the physics of it all.

i so feel that! Iā€™m going to go through serious withdrawal in 2 weeks when this thing has to move on. i feel like Iā€™m going to have to go on a bst quest. this thing is just blowing me away on every level. itā€™s one of those that makes me feel like a better player than i am and the feel in my hand on throw and catch is just unmatched

Update: I am now in possession of the Yoyo. I had no idea what I was getting as I never looked at the specs. So I was surprised when it turned out to be undersized. As soon as I picked it up, I could tell I would like it. I have only thrown it for like 5 minutes, so im not going to give a full review yet.

For transparency, there is a very small nick on the rim, but otherwise itā€™s mint. It had some slight vibe, so I took it apart, and after tuning, I was able to get it down to just a little fingernail vibe. I didnā€™t even realize it had a D bearing until then. But my first impressions are Iā€™m going to need one. :joy:

Iā€™ll throw it for a couple of weeks, then pass it to the next person. Iā€™ll keep everyone updated.
