wellâŚanyone in GA? you have his addressâŚlol
kgb
looks like we need his address and a strongly but calm worded letter⌠hopefully there isnât a facebook bst or ebay post with this yoyo listed somewhereâŚ
i dont know if i would go as far as sending someone to the persons house but if the last person in the chain sent his contact info to the owner of this chain and they sent a letter that might at least start a conversation. idk this sucks though. this community is great and when something like a pif gets killed its always a drag and really hurts everyone in the longrun.
yeah bud, i wasnât serious about paying the guy a visit. thatâs a bit risky for a yoyo.
it just sucks that this happened. @Theycallmecotton is a good dude for starting this whole thing and it was great for over 2 years. no issues, really. and then the wrong guy gets the throw and itâs over. just like that.
the inception is a great throw too. i have one. highly recommend it. sucks for the people who didnât get to try it out.

So did this die in place? Did @SirThrowsAlot ever respond to anyone? Wil @Theycallmecotton ever get his yoyo back?
Wow that sucks. Dude joined the forum got a yoyo and left. Probably should have thought to see its an established user. Damn
I think itâs a goner. It was only supposed to be sent to people that have been around for awhile
Anything we as a community can do to make this situation whole? Really sucks when something like this happens and would love to help rectify it in some way and I imagine others would as well.
One thing that community members can do is pay very close attention to what is being asked of you. And what responsibilities you are accepting by giving your word to agree to them. It really falls on the one in possession to insure that the person they are sending to is in compliance with the regulations that were agreed upon. As a community I feel that those of us, myself included, who frequent the forum could keep an eye on these things and try to look out for the wishes of the individuals who have so graciously decided to share their own personal property while asking absolutely nothing in return except for integrity from the community members who wish to take advantage of this act of kindness. Ultimately though, the responsibility lies in the hands of whoever is in possession of the PIF at the time. Just be respectful and responsible. Read the small print and make sure you know what you are agreeing to. Do your utmost to live up to your word. This is nothing more than being considerate if you think about it. As a whole I donât view this community or itâs members as dishonest or disrespectful, but no community is immune to being infiltrated by those who care little about their negative impact. We can be more vigilant in watching for the signs of such ones and doing what we can to guard against them. This is all said in an effort to provoke thought. In no way was this meant to point fingers or chastise any individual or individuals. So please letâs not take it in that direction. Thatâs about all Iâve got.
@Theycallmecotton Iâm sorry this happened to you.
Itâs okay! We all learned a lesson. Have to be a little more careful
Youâre a gentleman and a scholar! Well done
Happy to get this moving. I can send it out to @Theycallmecotton or get this moving again as soon as he gives the word!!
So cool! Iâd love to get on the list for this one if we decide to get it going again and itâs still open.
Itâs just too cool of you to do this. Now I want on the list tooâŚ
No problem at all. Just want to help everyone. It was a really cool thing we had going and someone messed it up.
People shouldnât suffer cause one person is a jerk. Iâm just going to even the vibes by trying to do something cool
Ok - I havenât heard from @Theycallmecotton and I donât want to lose momentum. So does someone want to call out they want it - and I can get it shipped out this weekend to get this whole thing moving again?
