onestar vs WHiP

Im thinking about getting a new throw. i have the OneStar an the WHiP in mind. this probably sounds stupid but i have no idea if the oneStar is responsive, it probably isnt. i know the WHiP is unresponsive and I know how to bind. Or if those two arent very good, is there a better one in that price range? THANKS!!!

I would go with the onestar. However, if you are a beginner (just because of the two yoyos that you are considering and what they are intended for, no offense intended) it might feel a little too light. In this case, you could also go five dollars more expensive and get an alpha crash ($20). It is the best yoyo under 25 dollars IMO, and it competes with the -star line of high end plastics quite nicely.
