I have 3 or 4 sets of unopened trading cards &
some angel hair string.
My axle is stripped, need another. It’s a small 4mm I believe.

4mm seems really small for an axle. Your best bet is to just go to a hardware store with the yo-yo to find a set screw that fits.
It’s 8mm you are right :
I don’t think Magicyoyo uses any odd axle types so probably m4 8mm. The YYF 8mm axle will fit most likely.
