basically throw a trapeze under your leg. then do a suicide but before you catch it with your freehand, do a finger grind with your throwhand, and then pop off and catch loop with throw hand. then complete suicide.

tried it but it got caught on my braces instead and got stuck :’(.
also accidentally ate my yoyo. undersized. jk but it went in my mouth
and when i did get one, it was more like a lick, not a catch, and it stung.
