Most Frustrating Trick to Learn

Spirit Bomb
Reverse Trapeze Whip
Seasick

Id like to revive this thread to hear some more opinions. Right now spirit bomb is causing me a lot of frustration as I find myself picking knots everytime i dont stick it.

Monkey madness had been a challenging trick to learn for me.its more switching of hands and it gets confusing to end the trick. Throw hand over non throw hand and non throw over throw hand.

Still no yuuki slacks for me, have been trying on and off for three months now - brent stole/hook were both a breeze, so it’s just one of those thangsss

It’s not a single trick. It’s learning something, forgetting, and relearning.
This is why I’m thinking elements > tricks. Not necessarily true, I know this, but maybe true for me.

f’ing beefhook. It’s so weird. I’ve experienced learning and mastering hard elements and concepts before, so i know i don’t lack technique (i think), and i’ve been able to use what i’ve learned to come up with different stuff. That’s when you know you’ve mastered an element.

But not with Beefhook gunshot styled tricks. A this moment, it seems it will be a long time for me before i can actually comprehend how that trick works.

Seasick is a close second.

Opposite problem here. I also struggle to make yuuki slacks look as smooth as the tutorials i watch.

Seconded. Beefhook is really annoying me right now but I’m determined.
