I am getting into 4a to take a break from the stifling competitiveness of 1a.I already learned all the stuff on the Duncan dvd and this site and i want to learn more.where?

CyberYo has 10 tutorials on 4A (in fact, one was just uploaded today).

Also, there’s a fairly new channel on YouTube dedicated to 4A with, once again, 10 tutorials.
