Iāve gotten more consistent if I try to slightly exaggerate turning my hand over after the rejection, almost like Iād be pointing my index finger straight down at the floor during the catch

Iāve hit a few times now!! Its starting to make sense. Finding that the more consistent I am with the wraps on my arm, the better. They are spaced out by a couple inchesā¦ Once I have both wraps, a little rocking motion from back to front and the rejection is money!
