TAW #8 : Binds Special
Hope everyone enjoyed all the Fixie action!
Special thanks to @edhaponik for making it a great Fixie Feb for us lot.
This week we revert back to 1A with a personal bucket list of my own.
I personally have a very limited stable of Binds, so the plan is to learn at least 1 more new Bind.

Last one to clean out, though not as crispy clean as I’d like. The pinch catch for the broflip is gonna have to do, but I added some flare at the end to make up for it.

Super cool choice for this week’s trick.
I thought it would be cool to share with you some cool and relatively easy binds I use quite often. So if you guys are interested in grind binds I have prepared a short tutorial on three I really like. I’ll take the taw opportunity to learn more grind binds this week, I’m try to figure something out of a finger grind on my opposite hand but man it is so hard to keep the yoyo straight while grinding on the left hand.

Been working on throwing more slack into tricks and decided to try some new binds. Here are 3 successful combos from past nights with 2 new binds… and a third Momentum bind from last year, thanks to the BindKing @ChrysaeThrows. Thanks.

I posted a video of a right handed grind bind last year:
It’s after the 1.5 hook. It’s quick, I was just banging out a bunch for a grind week we did last year. Edit: Also note the grind to NV isn’t “Grind Vanish” from YoTricks (where you have the string over the yo-yo like with a lot of grind binds), it’s just a finger grind that I tossed and caught with an NV.

The right yoyo makes all the difference with them! Theyre super fun though once you find that sweet spot. Also a trick I’ve noticed non-throwers find especially cool
