Itā€™s so nice getting kick ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  on filmā€¦not only to show others, but itā€™s nice to look back on them and be like ā€˜yeah. I did that!ā€™

Such a fun one!

It was surprisingly tough for a lot of us (including me!) because youā€™re having to move your hands in opposite directions :face_with_head_bandage:

Thank you sensei @MoonageMin your TH tip was awesome. As usual needed to work on getting smooth and now try for the sub mount jump ropeā€¦ but thatā€™s tomorrow nightā€™s insomnia.

Dude you got it!

From that video it looks like youā€™re more consistent than me too!

I am so glad that I could help, I was worried I might look like Iā€™m preaching lol.
One of the things I like the most about this TaW is that theoretically everyone here are working on the same few tricks at the same time, and if we get stuck we can all share our experiences and tips with each other and as a collective we keep levelling up.

Also people improve at different paces, for example a crazy man who goes by a mysterious name of @Mystik is putting us all to shame lol, and then there is me who canā€™t even finger spin yet.
But the simple fact is no matter your pace I am almost 300% certain that everyone here has got better than they were when we first started this 20!!! weeks ago already.
And most likely at a much faster pace than they would have going at it alone.

This is what success looks like, donā€™t compare to others and feel bad, also donā€™t compare to others and feel good. Feel good for feeling good.

This isnā€™t a race or competition, itā€™s a team TaW!

I know some people has been feeling frustrated of late, just wanted to make sure we are not beating ourself up over how different people are progressing faster or slower.

Thanks @ryanmcg! Iā€™m working hard on my consistency. I come from a flow arts background and the mindset with any prop is the desire to go 5 - 10 mins without mistakes(maybe a quick recovery). The goal being to perform.

Yeah I remember, ā€˜cause thatā€™s really cool/interesting. 5-10 minutes, daaamn thats consistency, thatā€™s gotta be hard. Very cool :+1:

Yeah, I agree! I really enjoy Smoothie! The last mount/element at the very end was a tough one for me, but I finally started to get the hang of it!

The ladies will dig your SMOOTHIE flow into your 5 min jam

Smoothie is great for working into different combos, check out 0:14~0:20 on my recent video where I blend in smoothie to finish off a trick

lol love the photo of your son on your shoulders so much!

And holy crap I canā€™t imagine how much of a beast mode boss youā€™re going to be in a year or 2. The combos youā€™re already pulling off after less than 6 months is super impressive!
