So I’m making the hard decision to take my listings down for now. I’m in NYC and while we don’t have a shelter-in-place order in effect, I live in an apartment building with lots of older/elderly people including our neighbors, whom we’re close with (my neighborhood actually is something like 50% retirees).
I’ll be putting these throws back up once everything settles down. I know I was in talks with some of you about certain pieces; I’d be happy to give you guys dibs whenever things settle down. But right now I don’t feel comfortable taking anyone’s money.
