anyone know any mods for yyj newbreed?
What don’t you like about it that you think should be changed?
What do you think it would do better if it were modded?
If you can’t answer these questions, then I’d leave it alone.
umm its responsive and the weight is off plus i wanna mod it for a contest
If it’s responsive, clean the bearing and lightly lube.
Weight:
Too heavy? Not much you can do there w/o cutting it. Got a lathe?
Otherwise buy something lighter.
Or is it too light? You can add weight under the caps.

Its 68g, I really don’t think it needs any more ;D

If you take off the caps, you can put rubber o-rings or a loop of wire inside, but as noted above, it’s already 68 grams.
What don’t you like about the weight, too light or too heavy?
well i was wanting to experment with the weight
OK, then w/o doing major surgery, your pretty much limited to adding weight under the caps.
And when you add weight do it CAREFULLY! I slapped bayblade weight rings on a hotshot and got a 7.0 earthquake in my yoyo
If your looking to add weight, go to your local Home Depot, or Lowes and pick up some o-rings or as there called in the store, washers that will fit the inside where the caps are.
