Wow! What generous prize packages! And lookit my tiny little slice of pie sticking that landing! Huge thanks all around.
Killer! Congrats to the winners! Lots of fun and good stuff right there!
Congratulations!!!
this is crazy! Thanks to everybody!
Also congrats to @Yodaddyo for winning literally everything this year so far
Congrats to the winners! This was a super fun event
My yoyo karma is certainly starting to feel a bit unbalanced anyone in need of a yoyo?
@Yodaddyo the GOAT
Congrats to all the winners
You deserve it. Just remember to pass on the good vibes as you get a chance to
Thanks cap! And you are 100% right. I try every chance I get. At least, when my heads in the right place.
I mean, if you end up looking to re-home the Honeycomb at some point, I’d like to be on the wait-list, lol!
Would be a great partner to the Honeybee, haha!
That can and is definitely going to happen. Let me get my sheets and giggles with it and then I’ll send it on to you
Gentleman and a scholar. Have all the fun you need with it, that’s sincerely awesome!
If you change your mind, I would totally understand as well, but either way thank you kindly! My bee themed throws can officially kick-off. Haha!
Question is, should I put the Hornet with them too, or will that just rile them up?
Honeycomb looks pretty sweet! Is there a profile photo anywhere? And what’s it using for guts? @MinerJ
This one is better.
Wow, those are very cool. Thanks for sharing the photo.
Also, they absolutely look edible.
I’ve made a few versions, a fixie with a simple steel pin axle, and MR85 and MR105 (A) bearing versions with either M3 or M4 axles and lock nuts. The ones slated for MRM prizes are MR85 bearing with M4 axles. Response was initially hexagonal shaped holes (in a hexagonal pattern), but it wasn’t quite as snappy and consistent as I’d like, so I’ve been filling the holes with flowable silicone.
Thanks for the assist with the links @TryCatchThrow ! Was a busy day yesterday with an all day rock climbing comp, so didn’t get a chance to see these comments / questions until late. Here’s another good profile shot though:
These are beautiful
After making these, I want a half swap black and gold bi-metal Bumblebee even more than I did before…
100% there’s also the Honeybee by @AudreySickburn and @Lotaxi is working on a proto titanium inspiration of the Turbo Bumblebee GT called the Queen Bee.
The yoyo community is abuzz with these little pollinators.
