MRM 2026: War…War Never Changes, but Responsive Throws Do

Fixed Axle February has ended. The wasteland is quiet. The dust has settled.
But from the ashes…Modern Responsive March 2026 rises!

Welcome to MRM with the YoYo Boomers Club fellow dwellers. Please grab your wrist-tech, secure your bearings, and prepare for a full month of tug-response survival.
Because in this wild landscape of unresponsive binds and 5-minute spin times… we’re going back to the responsive vaults.

How it Works:

  • Similar to FAF, you have the entire month to complete the trick ladder.
  • Complete a trick, earn a point.
  • Points = entries to win glorious loot from our generous sponsors.
  • No weekly panic, no countdowns (other than the very end). Just steady, stylish fun.

Whether you’re a Level 1 or a Wasteland Legend, there’s something here for you.
And remember: Even ONE completed trick gets you a shot at the loot!

Not my normal location, but I was excited to get down with the flash-back responsive fun I grew up struggling with, haha! All tricks on the list. :slight_smile:

I was also going to use the Dino-Yo but wanted to show @Wildo that his Contact was having a great time and getting some love (don’t worry, the floor bump was on laminate, it’s still perfectly safe!) :rofl:

Looking forward to seeing some of the other submissions after the awesome participation in FAF!

Three more down, still have three more to go.

Rewind with some razzle and not the fanciest return but no binds involved and it made it back to my hand lol. Atomic Bomb (forward and reverse, no clue if I did it right, judges?) coupled with Ripcord.

Sooo … I just wanted a quick reference sheet with easy access to the trick videos without having to load the forum, find my bookmark here, scroll to the top, etc (I know, I know, it’s not that hard.).

Hey there Spin-Friendly Vault Dwellers… we’re one week into Modern Responsive March, proudly hosted by the YoYo Boomers Club, and the wasteland is already buzzing like a Bloatfly!

We’ve seen pops, bombs, rewinds, and all kinds of atomic responsive goodness rolling across the broadcast network. Whether you’re clearing the early tricks or already venturing into the more radioactive parts of the ladder, it’s been awesome seeing everyone step out of the vaults and throw-down!

Remember, MRM isn’t about pressure to clear the entire ladder
It’s about grabbing your trusty responsive buddy, exploring the tricks, and having fun along the way.
