Yes he does. My Essence (pictures above) has a glow green clear coat over the other colors.
Yours seems to have the best glow I’ve done to date. Might have something to do with being over the translucents but not sure, maybe lucky. Either way it looks really good and will be shipping back tomorrow.

Is it possible to do a 2 tone splash PC of glows? say a purple and a aqua?

I have to say I was never really a big fan of white but I think it finally wore me down. The flat ano red se’s sold me.
