I am a little confused about this. What does this mean.
It says in the description “Matthew Poon is the 2016 PNWR Champion, earning the seed to US Nationals.” I was pretty sure Evan won right?
He was probably the best from the Pacific Northwest. Everyone who finished 12th or better was from outside the region.

I actually just now watched the freestyle. I figured 13th would’ve meant that it wasn’t too good, then I remembered this was PNWR.
