Making a yo yo

I don’t know what section this should be in, but i’m going to be making a yo yo out of delrin or acetal, and i was wondering if you guys have some tips on how to do it? Also, how does one put an axel onto a yo yo (like how to make a thread hole thing to screw it into)? Advice would be greatly appreciated!
