Yeah. Two red shims on each side. Cleaned out and lightly thin lubed bearing. Switch out the oring for Silicone. Amazing.
Totally agree, i cleaned the bearing and sillid it. It plays like a beast then!

But instead of posting “Thank You”, you can press the “Thank You” button at the top right corner of a post. 
Just rip out the O-rings and throw some silicone in there, no need for shims.
