Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone else has had trouble getting in touch with Luftverk lately. I’ve sent several emails to Luftverk support contacts at luftverk@gmail.com over the past couple of weeks regarding an issue, but I haven’t received any response yet. I’m curious if anyone else has experienced similar difficulties contacting them.

Yeah Jeffrey’s usually pretty good about stuff like that. Maybe he’s out on vacation or something, I know from time to time he shuts down the website for a few weeks if he won’t be around to respond or send out orders or something.

i only have one experience with Luftverk support. i sent an email mid afternoon my time, he responded a few hours later basically first thing the next morning (morning his time, not morning my time).
Was Luftverk present at the 2025 worlds? I took your advice and waited but i haven’t heard back from luftverk’s email or Instagram. It was mentioned that past experiences have had a response in the same day. I’m looking at a month with no response.

have you sent a follow up, or just waiting on response on the original email? if you haven’t sent a follow up yet, i’d recommend doing so its possible things get filtered or just pushed to the bottom of the inbox if its really busy. if you have sent one, thats a major bummer =[
I sent my original email on July 18, followed up on the 22nd. I then sent 2 more follow-ups on July 30 and then on August 12. Not to mention the 2 Instagram accounts.

Hate to bump this since it was resolved just wanted to chime in here. Last month my emails have been marking certain messages as spam and I only just noticed like last week. I should be all caught up now with everyone, hoping the spam folder didn’t delete anyone elses.
