my new yyj legacy is making a really odd and loud rattleing sound should i lube it or is that normal i dont have lube so i dont want to have to order some what else can i use but if i do have to lube it thin lube right (i am a noob)
U don’t neccesarilly have 2 but I would, just use 1 drop though
Maybe its bearing is broken-in and that’s just normal for it to make a loud noise
But if you like to keep your bearing quiet, and don’t have some YYJ Thin Lube
You could try sewing oil, its as thin as thin lube
Other people use that if they don’t have the thin lube
hope it helps =D
thx it did ;D
darn i dont have sewing mechine oil do u think the have it at home depot or any other place
Sorry but I dont live in the US so I cant say that they have at home depot
Try asking your mom/dad if they know where to get one
Or lets just wait for another user to confirm if there are some there
As far as I know, any mineral oil should do you fine. Don’t use 3-in-1 oil if you want the yoyo to be unresponsive (its pretty thick stuff so just like the YYJ thick lube). Home Depot, Rona, Lowe’s, maybe even Wal-mart may have what you’re looking for. Check them out, ask the employees questions and they should be able to help you. Just make sure that the thickness is what you need (should almost be like water). Hope that helps!
