I was just wondering how often i should lube my bearing, and how often i should clean out the bearing to keep it in tip top shape. All info is greatly appreciated.

Generally, you don’t need to lube it more then once or twice if you want it to spin a very long time. However, if you want to keep your bearing alive for as long as possible, every two months or so would suffice.
Also, if you want to keep it alive for as long as possible, cleaning it isnt recommended. However, I clean my YYJ bearings about once or twice a month. My deshielded bearings get almost every two-three weeks.
