Yo there are kind of like two categories that contradict each other. Fun and undersized with minitee for a reference is like the opposite of competition focused. Making a yoyo that small is kind of by definition going to nuke the performance. There are probably options that try to thread that needle bc most high level competitors would be amazing with like any yoyo. I recommend you cop a super dope and fun competition yoyo like Capriccio by etc for like 55$ and then save a bit and cop like dingo 2 by one drop for a fun small yoyo.
