Will trade or pay for a Shutter to someone asking under $30. Doesn’t have to be in good condition at all, just play well with little vibe. Not particularly a fanatic of YYF but the Shutter supposed to be some kind of legend so I guess I’ll partake in the hype.

It is not hype. The Shutter is an excellent yoyo. The Wide Shutter is even better.
No hype needed. And the retail price point is excellent.
There are many sides to a story.
There is only one side to a fact.
YYF spent months developing and fine tuning the Shutter. Various players from the extensive YoYoFactory Team; were part of the field testing stages. The YYF Owners have spend well over 20 years each; throwing and contributing to yoyo designs on dozens of excellent playing yo-yos. They know what works and what doesn’t. The Shutters are standard examples of what works.
No hype here… Just the facts.

I was just giving you free unsolicited information so you would not have to guess about whether Shutters are good or hype.
