Here it is; my white whale. In late 2008 or early 2009 Jensen Kimmitt released his video Lahar - I loved it. I used to watch it on my iPod classic: the tricks, the soundtrack - it was perfect. I’d only been throwing for a few months, and that video is what made me fall in love with this hobby. I loved the yo-yo he used, and I’ve always dreamed of tracking it down, but it’s long gone, and given we’re talking about 17 years back, Jensen doesn’t know where it ended up - so I’m trying.
When CLYW first worked with Gruntbull, they produced a handful of peaks as anodize samples, including six solid blue, and six solid copper.
