I like the idea of true neutral as the Duncan Butterfly as well!
I think Chaotic Evil should be much worse / weirder than the DV888… DV888 should be Neutral Evil.

Edge or Edge Beyond maybe. Lawful good has to be something that is mainstream, but considered the best. Current world champion’s yoyo qualifies for this imo.
