Let’s talk 3D printing

Very cool. Honestly the orange being 80g doesn’t feel like it. Bigger yoyo seems to translate to lighter feeling

More volume to spread out the weight👊

Some rare non Yoyo content from me. I’ve hijacked my own printers to make my daughters birthday special. These are prototypes. Ruling is v2 needs more glitter.

A capped version of my Crunchy model, so of course it’s going to be called Cap’n Crunch.

Hey it’s that movie, K Pop demon hunters or something

My daughter has watched it every day since it came out. :joy:

I’m printing some other goodies for her birthday too like the bird and cat. Hopefully they finish today.

Happy (early??) birthday!!! My wife put it on the other day and I watched a good bit of it, very fun!

Yeah I’m honestly not mad she watches it every day. It’s so good, I go around poorly singing the songs all day lol.

Whenever my older sister comes to visit, she almost always plays some sort of movie(s) for us; and, considering she’s into all things K-pop—I have a very strong feeling she’ll play this movie next time she visits.

You won’t hear me complain.

My kids haven’t got into that. Yet

Continuing to print K-pop Demon Hunter birthday stuff. The multi material color printing can be a little finicky but the results are so impressive when I actually do the work.

So I broke off the hubstack post on the white set but it was printed from matte pla so it isn’t the best for strength we have found out. Anyway I go to print a new set and forget to turn on supports and notice as it gets to the lip that it won’t work and stop the print. So I start up a new print with supports and after it already started I realized I could put the speed rings on there to hold the not fully printed hubstack cap on. Just need to cut alil bit off the edge with the lathe.

And now we have this
