Lookin good!

Are you slicing with Arachne or Classic? How many perimeters/walls are you using?

Just trying to figure out why your letters aren’t filled in all the way.

I slice with PrusaSlicer and have the default 3 perimeters set.

If you aren’t already, I’d select Arachne in Prusa Slicer. It uses variable line width to fill gaps.

I think it’s now on by default, or I don’t know how to turn it on yet

You turn it on in the advanced print settings.

Printed a ball and cup, inspired by @Overtinkering and @Captrogers.

Neat I like that.

I had been playing ball and cup with this printed unresponsive just like you posted on Insta and I figured might as well print a dedicated device.

Well that’s nice to inspire.

Yeah what he had seen sharing is one of my Craters - the modern cup and ball.

I wanted a skill toy that all ages and skills could enjoy so I modernized the classic to have more skill toy potential.

Here is a playlist of what I have done with it.

I hope to have another release soon.

Looking forward to it!

My cup far outweighs my ball. I can’t windmill or anything like that.

The default was already Arachne.

it must be something being done in CAD thats not coming out right in the slicer. it seems to consistent to be a machine calibration issue and i can’t think of a slicer setting that would be doing that. my letters dont usually come out like that

Here’s what it looks like when I printed it. No gaps in the letters. Same CAD file. I think it’s definitely slicer related.

Printed on Ender 3 S1 with 0.4 nozzle
