Jinxya was so professional and helpful and their communication was top notch. The yoyo took a bit longer than usual to arrive from shipping. I wasn’t worried because I had the tracking and I knew Jinxya had shipped, it was just a waiting game. But Jinxya kept checking the tracking and noticed it was taking longer than usual and hadn’t updated in a couple days. It was a pleasure to work with Jinxya and I urge no one to hesitate at all when dealing with Jinxya.
