What’s the best way to ship to Europe?

I just use USPS.

I just shipped my first package to England through USPS. The employee there was surprisingly helpful. Really the only difference was a higher price and I had to fill out a customs slip. Dont use a USPS box. I did and i had to wrap the box up to cover the usps symbols. Not sure why that was but i had known that i would just have bought a plain box to begin with.

Those boxes are for priority mail, express mail and international priority/express only.
