Preinfalk, I was seriously about to ask if you lived in Alaska…thank goodness I noticed your profile.
I just sleep at weird times sometimes. I take naps, I sometimes fall asleep kinda early in the evening if I’m wiped out. I don’t care if it’s light or if the lights are on or if it’s pitch black. When I’m tired I sleep.
However, I typically am not tired late at night. Maybe I just have problems, who knows?
Ever hear of these cool new innovations called blinds? They’re pretty amazing i tell ya. They look’a something like this http://discount-blinds-online.com/blinds.jpg
in addition to that you can do this! http://images.inmagine.com/img/blendimages/bldvcd048/bld034011.jpg
Note, he is under this amazing thing called a blanket, It even keeps him warm in those pesky Alaskan weathers! Also, in addition to that you can wear an even more innovative thing called a eye mask! It keeps the icky sun out of you’re tender, precious eyes!
Get some REALLY thick and dark drapes. Should help.
I usually can’t sleep because my neighbors enjoy playing classical grand piano until the wee hours of the morning. =_=
I really don’t know. I guess your words are like poetry and even though they weren’t relevant to anything I said, They still needed to be quoted for the greater good of man kind
i live in the same town in alaska and it’s crazy.in my room the trees part just right so the last little bit’s of light from the setting sun shine DIRECTLY ON MY FACE when i’m lying in bed.last night it was still that light till probly oh say…11.i stayed up till about 1:30 so i had no trouble personally lol
I just don’t want to go to sleep at normal hours. I usually have a lot to do and I party at night if somethings going on. I run a bar with my brothers. Besides that If you want to go to sleep and you can’t I would look into melatonin. It’s natural and safe. If that doesn’t work I would see a psych and see what they have to offer like ambien or any benzodiazapene like xanax, klonopin, valium, or ativan. Good luck.
