I had several like that many years ago…
I am pretty sure that I cut them all up.
I was making Mini-Hands out of them.
Cut them down in diameter and width.
Bored holes through the sidecaps so the caps would be recessed.
And machined brass weight rings and pressed them in on top of the caps.
Played pretty good too, lol.
You guys probably think I am making that up; right?

I’ll go find one and post a pic or two… or three.
PS… I use to get Freehand twos and remove the caps. Machine them for inset weight rings. And then put the caps back on.
I still have a New in package Freehand that is bionic gray body/black caps/Says Extreme Spin on the caps…
I have so many loose Freehand halves, Duncan Wheel poly halves and such. That if you saw them; your head would fall off your melted neck.
