So the speech has to be at least 2 minutes and 50 seconds and at the most, 3 minutes and 10 seconds. The minimum time I got was 3:25
sounds like you should go godspeed for the presentation to get it in time

This is how it goes:
Intro (only lasts for a few seconds)
The actual tricks (take up the entire speech)
Outro: the shortest one
Godspeed (takes 6-8 seconds)
Dont have enough time to go godspeed
