It may be impossible to tell, but it looks like it was made by someone who knows a bit about what they’re doing. That step though looks a bit gnarly.

I might be wrong but I’m sure thats something from SoulFuel Skilltoys. Their yoyos have a very specific look.
This one looks awfully similar.
