How do you unlock profile pic and signature?

Lots of people have them but I can’t seem to access settings i change it so i asunder it’s an unlock able thing?

There’s a cheat to do it:
Click Profile in the red bar above.
Select Forum Profile Information on the left.
Select one of the radio buttons (such as I will upload my own picture:) and, depending on which one you selected, either choose an avatar from a list, enter a URL link for one, or browse your computer files for an image of your own, like I did.

If that doesn’t work, then you could select help from the red bar above and find it in the instructions listed there.
