How do you do Jedi Flips

“What was your first trick of 2010?! hopefully you landed it!!
I went a little on the easier side, you know land it good and clean to start the year right,
I did a Laceration to Matrix to Jedi Flip then return”

I was wondering is there a tut or somethin that would show me how to do Jedi Flips I have never heard of it before

oh no, I don;t have a tut, it is really easy though,

trapeze and bro,
lift non throwhand up above throwhand,
spin anticlockwise (for righties) x2
spin clockwise x2
(opposite for lefties and righties)
and you should be back in trapeze and bro!

I find that a little more confusing then KWOS. And Grindmachine, i posted that last night, and to answer your question the Jedi Flips i did was learned from KWOS.
