As the title says, I understand the fundamentals of the fingerspin and how to throw it across your body, but I’m not understanding the bind part I can do a laceration bind normally, but I’m not understanding how to do it when the yo-yo is spinning on your finger(MAGICYOYO V10)
So it’s like a horizontal laceration where you need to throw the slack of the yoyo into to catch zone and then pull once it grabs on the response pads. You want to make a c shape arc very close into the yoyo to guarantee lots of slack then pull. I’ve also heard a tip that you want to throw a little above where you think due to gravity pulling the string down as you throw it.

My tip is to first not do the laceration dna. But just manually lay the string in the gap. Looks cool too.
Once you got the hang of that, then learn the laceration
