It’s a combination of “follow” and “Freehand over-slack Rejection” (shown here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-By9ckwGpc )
Once you learn the two, you can put them together. (Just realize that you make a bunch of wraps.)
This is also an incredibly hard trick. Most likely, you won’t get it within the first few MONTHS of practice.
