Anything above 64grams I can only toss for a short period of time before my frail wrist hurt. lol. I’m an old man. lol

I had a topic about this recently. I’m 28 with osteoporosis and have fractured both my wrists severely in the past and anything over 65 starts to wear them down more quickly

I hear ya! Back in the day YoYoJam made a few Yos that were above 70 grams, crazy heavy. That’s when I learned the proper weight for me…

Mid size is generally my jam

53-55 dia
41-43 width
60-67 grams (weight and distribution make the most profound difference in a yo, so this offers a nice range of feels within the dimensional specs)

I have exceptions to the limitations of these specs, but this is generally where my preferences are.

Not yet but I’m starting to tune into it. Mid-sized, not a wide boi, >=65g, V/H-shaped. The Duncan Grasshopper GTX might be pretty close to my ideal though I’m still squarely in the honeymoon phase.
