It’s been a little while…
But here’s my update…there’s no update.
This has been our e-mail “exchange” since I last heard from him…and I use the word exchange in the loosest way possible…as in I’ve fired off a couple of attempts at him and he has not responded.
So it’s been another two+ months since he last promised to send me my stuff…after not sending me my stuff for 2 years.
But since I wasn’t really expecting anything anyway…no great loss. Just let it be a cautionary tale to anyone considering buying from him…he’s a thief and a conman and can not be trusted with your orders.

I ordered from Mazal Tops 2 years ago. There were some complications but I got my order correct after a few weeks.
The throws are really sweet and he even added some incent to the package for the delay.
Reading all your stories, it seems like I was lucky…

I have 3 of his yoyos. I love playing them and whenever he would deliver I’d love them. He used to be reliable right around 2.5 years ago. Ever since his hybrid the Mentsch it seems he went off the rails though.
Like no joke…for fast and horizontal play his two bimetals are the ones I grab when I’m having trouble with something because they give me so much leeway.
But I’m never buying off him again and heavily reccommending others to stay away from him as well.

Edit: found it. Yeah he’s doing his usual “order my stuff so that I can send other people their stuff” shtick. He’s basically running a perpetual pyramid scheme at this point. Selling things so that he can sell other things so that he can sell other things.
Basically he’s trying to run a busines without spending money up front.

Yeah the fact he’s liquidating all the hybrid yo-yos at a major discount when he owes folks stuff still and then posting videos about delays and excuses why tells me he’s never sending these yo-yos. Would love to be proven wrong but at this point there’s too much stacked against him.

In all seriousness, there is a way to shut him down. Quit buying his junk and falling for his lies. People like this don’t deserve to be apart of this community that was built on the back of people loving each other and growing.
Him calling people the F word for his shitty business practices was it for me…but domestic violence is another red flag for the guy…
