GT-ROKU by Grain Theory! - Throwback Release!

ROKU_Feature
First introduced in 2018 with the GT-E1, the ROKU and STITCH designs blended the Grain Theory logo with legendary kendama elements of the past. The ROKU itself is a mirrored interpretation of the classic Rokurosen tama from the Shin Fuji era—an homage to tradition reimagined through modern design.

Now, Grain Theory brings ROKU back on their cutting-edge GT-TC shape—a fresh evolution of kendama performance. The GT-TC was developed with all styles of play in mind, offering a wide-body sarado for improved lunar balance and sling tricks, plus an extended swoop for greater control in kenflips, juggles, and stalls. With its familiar 16cm ken and 60mm tama, it delivers the perfect balance of classic feel and next-gen play.

At the heart of the GT-TC is the innovative Wormhole Stringing System—a third string hole that centers the string alignment between the big cup and tama. This allows for clean, direct swings into lunars, lighthouses, airplanes, and more, while also unlocking smoother ken rotation for advanced multi-turn tricks.

The GT-ROKU is where history and innovation meet—a design rooted in kendama’s past, elevated by Grain Theory’s forward-thinking approach to performance.
