I just got a genesis and one of the pads just broke and fell out. I don’t know what size pad the genesis would need and I also need a reccommendation on a good set of replacement pads.

Miguel Correa (for whom the Genesis was made) uses flowable silicone for the response.

The Genesis come shipped with Flowable Silicone. You should try getting some Silicone from your local auto stores and raplacing instead. If you want the pad size that fits, contact Yoyoexpert and ask. I think it’s most likely the 888 size but I’m not sure.

EDIT: i went into the yoyoexpert and it says flowable silicone but i went to the nation and it says it uses a YYF silicone pad…and after looking at what fell out of my genesis it seems i have the yyf pad so i think i’m just going to get some K pads and call it. but thanks anyways!!

I siliconed mine, plays great. Less vibe, and binds arent slippy.

I think K-Pdas are the same thing as Yoyofactory Silicone pads.
