For those curious, I really like the weight of these. The weights for the 3 I have on hand are:
Ken: 74.3g; 73.4g; 73.8g
Tama: 72.0g; 72.3g; 73.5g
They were designed to be nimble and well weight matched between the tama and ken. The plastic allows for more weight consistency than wood and there is a weight core around the tama hole, which I imagine is metal but it is coated in either rubber or plastic, keeping it waterproof
